Business Administration Certificate – NQF 4 – LEARNERSHIP

This Qualification is for any individual who is or wishes to be involved in the Administration function within any industry, or non-commercial venture/organization. It is also the building block to advance the learner into the National Certificate in Business Administration Services: NQF Level 4.

Training your Admin Department Staff to make a difference
The Qualification through its Elective Component enables the learner to specialize in areas of Administration such as Reception, Executive Administration, Financial Literacy, Relationship Management, Legal Knowledge, Communication, Project Administration and Support, Call Centre Administration and Human Resources.

It will provide the broad knowledge; skills and values needed in the Administration field for all business and non-commercial sectors and will facilitate access to, and mobility and progression within, education and training. Qualifying learners could follow a career in:

Accreditation

  • We are an accredited Training Provider. Our accreditation for this qualification lies with Services Seta. Our accreditation number is 10034.
  • Registered LearnershipNo. 23Q230032541404accredited by the services seta.
  • Learners will receive a National Certificate from the Services Seta on NQF level 4.

Investment
Development Investment (excluding venue / catering expenses):

  • Year 1 –R 25 000 incl.per learner

The next Learnership would be confirmed shortly, with classroom contact days at our Training Facility at DHR Consultancy in Polokwane or contact sessions at the business facility made available. We may adjust the commencement date if necessary.

Funding
You may include the Learnership on your Workplace Skills Plan and use your PIVOTAL Funding Model to claim back for a Learnership if possible.

Assessment
A range of assessment methods is used.

  • Workplace Assessments (Summative) – questions are developed to ensure that the student is able to demonstrate competence in the presence of a qualified and registered Assessor.
  • Witness in the workplace will also be used to observe Learners and will gather evidence for the Assessor to make a judgement of competence.
  • Summative Knowledge Test – A closed book written test at the end of each skill programme.
  • Assignments – researched information from the workplace structured and formulated into an assignment

Employers outside Polokwane
Facilitation can be arranged locally where ever the employer is stationed. A minimum of 8 – 10 learners (negotiable) will be required for this arrangement. A suitable venue will be required. Additional costs for this arrangement will include travelling for the facilitator, accommodation for the facilitator (if necessary) and catering.

For each employee or learner registered on a learnership the company can claim:

R40 000 rebate on company tax for registration of learner (calculated pro – rata)

R40 000 rebate on completion of the learnership per employee or learner.

That means a total potential rebate of R80 000.00
