    • Supply all relevant required ACTS on notice  boards of clients  as per legislation
    • Assist and supply samples of the required information to guide our clients on the requirements of Dept of Labour
    • Supply copies via mail and /or hard copies of the required/relevant policies
    • Offer of employment, transfers, promotions letters & general letters applicable
    • Compile and supply temporary, fixed term, probation, permanent,  employment contracts via your e-mail
    • Compile and issuing clear defined job descriptions to determine performance levels
    • Mid & end term assessments, 6 months appraisals via email
    • Issuing all further related standardized forms within the HR environment
    • Drawing up of new Memorandums – Annexure– Addendums on any documentation when needed
    • Compile and issue all policies/procedures related to the disciplinary code for your staff via e-mail.
    • Guide, compile & supply all related warnings in line with the Offence and possible penalties outcome as per Disciplinary Code
    • Daily/monthly technical & legal telephone advice & support from DHRC and attorneys when required
    • Digital backups on all documents compiled for the client & record keeping of all related signed documentation
    • Record keeping of all queries and follow up mails on progressions of changes reported
    • Record keeping of all Incident reports/queries and Inquiries
    • Exit interviews with all related documentation
    • Compiling of documentation for preparation of all CCMA cases
    • Registration with our Employer’s organization related to CCMA Cases (if applicable)
    • Supply related dismissal documentation via e-mail
    • Assist on site with the Department of Labour Inspections.
    • Facilitation process for retrenchment consultation, documentation, meetings, agreements and calculations on severance pay
    • COIDA – Workmen’s Compensation Fund (Injury at the workplace) advice via email
    • Advise and facilitation on training when required
    • Notification (verbally and/or via email) of any changes related to legislation (LRA & BCEA) applicable to your sector as our client
